Q: What is the Lift Clubb Thigh Pad?
A clamp-on pad that attaches to 1-inch loadable dumbbells to protect your thighs during presses. No straps, no Velcro — just clamp and go.
Q: Will it fit my dumbbells?
It fits standard 1-inch loadable dumbbell ends. If you’re unsure, check if your dumbbell has a round metal sleeve about 1 inch (25 mm or 2.5 cm) wide.
Q: How do I use it?
Attach the clamp to the pad, then place it on the dumbbell end and tighten. Done in under 5 seconds per side. Press as usual.
Q: Will it feel heavier?
Nope — it weighs just 180 grams. It won’t throw off your balance or affect your lift.
Q: Is it durable?
Yes — it's built from a hardened, impact-resistant material that survives being dropped, tossed, or crushed in your gym bag.
Q: Can I use it with fixed dumbbells?
No
