Refund policy

We want you to love your Lift Clubb product. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- To start a return, email us at admin@liftclubb.co.za with your order number.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a refund or replacement (excluding shipping).
- We do not accept returns on used or damaged products.
