Attach the clamp to the back of the pad. It locks in firmly with no tools, straps, or Velcro.
ποΈ Step 2: Fit to Your Dumbbell
Slide the pad (with clamp attached) onto the 1-inch loadable dumbbell end and tighten the clamp until snug.
𦡠Step 3: Rest and Press
Place the dumbbell on your thigh before lifting β without bruises, slipping, or discomfort.
π Step 4: Remove in Seconds
